Raj is a paediatric trainee in London and was a simulation fellow at the SaIL Centre in 2013-2014. His interest in simulation began when he undertook a fellowship with the London School of Paediatrics in Leadership, Management and Medical Education in 2010.
During this time, he developed an interest in patient safety and quality assurance and began undertaking his MA in Clinical Education with his dissertation being focused on the use of simulation in medical education. Outside of medicine, he has a passion for travel, SCBU diving and photography, although this has left him bankrupt.
Raj has now returned to the Centre as a part-time Simulation Fellow while he completes a PhD.
