This autumn, Hands Up for Health and Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust has been working in collaboration with NHS Employers, the Departments of Health and Work and Pensions, Jobcentre plus and local youth organisations such as social enterprise Brightside, to help pilot two new e-mentoring programmes aimed at young people, aimed at increasing awareness and access to NHS careers.
