This one-day event is aimed at health professionals who want to learn more about simulation-based training and how to apply concepts including faculty development and course design for simulation-based education interventions to improve care quality and safety.
The programme includes keynote presentations from Dr. Demien Szyld, Associate Medical Director, New York Simulation Centre, City University of New York and NYU Langone Medical Centre, and Professor Joanne Hughes, Queens University Belfast. There will also be interactive workshops, industry sponsored sessions, concurrent poster presentations and Simulation Question Time.
Delegates will also have an opportunity to hear from colleagues from Health Education South London, hear about the South London Simulation Network, contribute to SLSN developments, meet with leading industry partners and network over lunch and an evening reception.
